Southwestern Rice


  • 16 oz. Sabra Southwestern Style Salsa
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 6 oz. fresh, chopped yellow onions
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons cooking oil
Yield: 4 Servings
Active Time: 20 minutes
Start To Finish: 20 minutes
  1. Saute onions and garlic in oil
  2. Boil rice in chicken broth, per package directions.
  3. Add onions, garlic and Sabra Salsa
  4. Stir over low heat an additional two minutes then serve
